 ust have a NJ STATE TAX ID NUMBERTABLE PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.The ev
 ent will include over 15 well known celebrities\, many indie Horror films
 \, awards\, exclusive Q and A panels\, 100 vendors and many more to be ann
 ounced. New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival will be announcing celebri
 ty guests and films as they are confirmed. Hotel will be available soon. M
 ention “New Jersey Horror Con” and get a special rate.Our Policy: All 
 Vendors must comply with rules established by the management of New Jersey
  Horror Conventions\, LLC (NJHC) and the host venue\, Showboat Hotel. Vend
 ors should notify NJHC at the time of registration if wall space will be n
 eeded. Vendors may not use anything that will damage the hotels walls. Ven
 dors will be held responsible for any damage that they cause. Vendors will
  not use anything other than blue painters tape to affix displays to the w
 alls. NJHC reserves the right to refuse to allow displays or the sale of m
 erchandise that it determines to be dangerous or offensive. If you are con
 cerned about whether your display or merchandise may be considered dangero
 us or offensive by NJHC management please contact us prior to registration
  for pre-approval. NJHC in no way supports\, warrants or endorses any merc
 handise\, exhibits\, views\, beliefs or actions displayed\, offered\, sold
  or taken by any Vendor. Vendors acknowledge and agree that they participa
 te in the New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival at their own risk\, and 
 that NJHC does not make any representation or warranty with regard to any 
 matter relating to the New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival\, including
  without limitation\, foot traffic or sales volume. Vendors shall indemnif
 y\, defend and hold harmless all members\, volunteers\, workers\, employee
 s and agents of NJHC and the Showboat Hotel and their respective successor
 s and assigns from and against any and all loss\, cost\, damage\, liabilit
 y\, theft\, expenses\, claims or actions of any kind or nature arising fro
 m any personal or property damage\, loss or theft arising in any manner fr
 om participation in the New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival. As part o
 f the registration fee\, each Vendor shall be provided with TWO (2) weeken
 d passes for the first table/booth purchased and 1 additional weekend pass
  for each additional table/booth.Each additional weekend pass for persons 
 providing services for the Vendor shall be provided at a discounted rate o
 f $35 for each weekend pass. All Vendor tables must be operated by at leas
 t one person during the entire time that the Vendor Room is open to the pu
 blic for the con and film festival. NJHC reserves the right to require any
  Vendor remove themselves from the venue and forfeit their registration fe
 e for non-compliance with the rules established by NJHC or the Showboat Ho
 tel. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that Showboat Hotel may assess separat
 e penalties for failure to comply with the rules established by the venue.
