DESCRIPTION:Musical Instruments of the World -tapahtumasarja esittelee muus
 ikoita ja soittimia eri puolilta maailmaa.\n\nIida-Vilhelmiina Sinivalo is
  a Helsinki-based cellist and artistic researcher working at the intersect
 ion of classical music\, contemporary performance\, and improvisation. She
  collaborates actively with artists from diverse musical and artistic trad
 itions in Finland and internationally\, and has premiered numerous new wor
 ks. Her work is guided by a deep interest in listening\, and in exploring 
 how the cello can become a voice across different forms of expression.\n\n
 Sinivalo's solo cello programme explores the dialogue between sound and li
 stening\, bringing together contemporary works shaped by different musical
  traditions. Moving between composed and more open moments\, the music ref
 lects encounters across cultures and sound worlds. Through these pieces\, 
 the cello becomes a space for listening\, where different influences meet
 \, transform\, and resonate.\n\nThis event session supported by Taike.\n\n
