DESCRIPTION:This is a private\, ticketed event open to anyone 16 years old 
 and up.Under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.You will be allowe
 d to investigate areas of the building\, accompanied by a professionalpara
 normal investigator\, that aren’t even available to the employees. You w
 ill be split intosmall groups and spend 20 minutes in each location.You mu
 st sign a waiver to take part in the event.WARNING: There will be tight st
 airways to climb\, narrow hallways\, and a small opening to "limbo" under 
 to get to certain areas. If you are unable to do this\, you will not be fo
 rced to. You may stay in the 1st floor areas for the ghost hunt portion. B
 ut you will not be refunded if you choose not to go to these areas. We wil
 l also provide dust masks for the attic and basement areas if you like.Her
