 armonic Body: A six-week Journey of Movement and Sound**\n\nHarmonic Body 
 is a welcoming space for restorative connection through yoga\, breath\, vi
 sualization\, sound\, and song. Held by the supportive presence of Rosie M
 ulford and Sarah Louise\, participants will be invited to listen inwardly
 \, move gently\, and attune to the body\, the nervous system\, the support
  of the Earth and the subtle energies that connect us.\n\nRosie has been t
 eaching yoga for decades\, bringing deep compassion\, wisdom\, and presenc
 e to her practice. Her teaching is rooted in meaningful cueing and an unde
 rstanding of yoga as a pathway toward healing\, connection\, and embodied 
 awareness. Yoga helped Rosie heal the roots of addiction\, and her hearten
 ing presence offers encouragement and support to every body.\n\nSarah Loui
 se has spent 20 years singing her ancestral folk music and spends her life
  listening deeply to her body and the Earth. Her singing is responsive and
  intuitive\, attuning to the needs and energy of the people in the room. S
 arah is also a yoga teacher\, bringing another layer of embodied understan
 ding to this shared experience. Her recorded music has been called “Myst
 ical” by the New York Times and “In tune with the thrust of existence
 ” by NPR.\n\nTogether\, Rosie and Sarah create a magical synergy - feeli
 ng into one another’s work and responding to what will best support the 
 group. Their caring presence helps participants connect more deeply with t
 hemselves\, one another\, the Earth\, and the subtle dimensions of experie
 nce.\n\nThe session will include:\n\n\\- Breathwork and guided visualizati
 on\n\n\\- Nourishing yoga asanas and mindful movement\n\n\\- A journey thr
 ough the chakras\n\n\\- Live\, intuitive singing and supportive sound\n\n
 \\- An exploration of how sound relates to the subtle body and chakras\n\n
 \\- Opportunities to discover ways of using your own voice for nourishment
  and connection\n\nThere will be invitations to sound and vocalize\, but n
 o pressure to sing. No previous singing or yoga experience is necessary. T
 he practice is suitable for all levels\, including complete beginners\, wh
 ile offering meaningful depth for experienced practitioners.\n\nCome as yo
