DESCRIPTION:AUSCULT is a communal deep-listening ritual exploring music as 
 a means of connection\, storytelling and collective discovery.\n\nIn a wor
 ld where music is increasingly consumed alone\, on demand and at speed\, A
 USCULT asks what happens when we choose to listen together.\n\nTaking its 
 name from auscultare\, which means to listen attentively\, to give ear\, t
 o heed AUSCULT transforms STÜCK into a room for listening and discovery e
 ach month.\n\nFor this first edition\, @sweetestcape will be your selector
  on hand and will be presenting an exploration of trip hop\, a music style
  that blends hypnotic dub with striped back hiphop and punk elements\, a s
 tyle developed and pioneered in Bristol before subsequently spread all ove
 r the world via acts like massive attack\, and portishead.\n\nHOW DOES IT 
 WORK?\n\nFrom 8–11pm\, a host and invited selector guide the room throug
 h records\, stories and shared discoveries. Music is played one track at a
  time\, in full\, from a singular source\, allowing each selection the spa
 ce to breathe before the next begins.\n\nEveryone entering AUSCULT is invi
 ted to bring a record as an offering to the altar. You don't need to be a 
 collector\, and you don't need to know anything about music beyond knowing
  what moves you.\n\nHOW DO I ATTEND?\n£8 for a single or £12 (which come
 s with a plus 1)\nWe would recommend arriving in pairs as the experience i
 s better shared. \n\n\nThink of it as BYOB\, but for music: Bring Your Own
