 kshop is open to everyone who would like to discover arm balance Yoga pose
 s in a fun\, supportive and creative way. Build strength\, confidence and 
 body awareness while learning the fundamental techniques to find stability
  upside down.</p>\n<p><em><strong>About the event</strong></em></p>\n<p>Jo
 in Margherita for a 2-hour workshop <strong>open to all levels</strong>.</
 p>\n<p>This workshop will introduce you to the <strong>foundational techni
 ques</strong> and exercises needed to warm up the body effectively and <st
 rong>prepare for arm balances</strong>. Using props and working with other
  participants\, you will have the support needed to explore going upside d
 own in a <strong><em>safe and supportive way</em></strong>.</p>\n<p>Marghe
 rita has been practicing Yoga for more than 10 years and arm balances have
  always been a fun and creative way to challenge her daily practice. For t
 he past four years\, she has been teaching Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga and als
 o practices Acro Yoga. She approaches arm balances and acrobatic movements
  in a playful and accessible way\, creating a supportive environment where
  everyone can explore and grow.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Limited spots avai
