 th Through History Tour! This rare and specialized tour will lead you on a
  path through our historic landscape and mansion.\nYou will begin by explo
 ring the first through fifth floors of the mansion\, providing visitors wi
 th a rare glimpse of the lavish decorative arts and furniture from the pre
 vious owners of Lyndhurst. You will visit rooms such as the Mansion`s Parl
 or\, filled with furniture designed by architect A.J. Davis\, the opulent 
 Grand Picture Gallery with an original collection of European paintings\, 
 and impressive Tiffany stained glass windows.\nVisitors then climb to the 
 observation tower with panoramic views of the Hudson River and Manhattan. 
 You will then descend the backstairs to view the Butler&rsquo\;s Suite and
  extensive kitchens\, before exiting through the servants&rsquo\; dining r
 oom to visit the 1911 Laundry Building\, complete with original fixtures.
 \nAfter visiting the Mansion\, you will take a leisurely stroll towards th
 e Hudson River\, wending your way past restored &ldquo\;outdoor rooms\,&rd
 quo\; the site of an elaborate treehouse and rare trees and gardens. While
  you take in the best views of the river\, you will hear about several out
 buildings and the estate&rsquo\;s &ldquo\;recreation center.&rdquo\; This 
 two-hour tour ends with a visit to the restored 19th-century bowling alley
  with an exhibit on Lyndhurst owner Helen Gould and neighbor Madam C. J. W
 alker in the North Parlor as well as entering the South Parlor\, which fea
 tures decorative arts and 1895 wicker furniture and of course the 1894 bow
 ling lanes!\nImportant Information\, Please Read:\n\nPlease be advised tha
 t this tour requires long periods of standing\, many flights of stairs\, a
 nd walking over uneven ground.&nbsp\;\nA limited number of tickets are ava
 ilable for each event\, and events do sell out.&nbsp\;\nSome tickets may b
