 lus fruit and vegetables\, helping participants reduce food waste while ma
 king the most of seasonal abundance. Join Rin as she shares tips\, tricks 
 and techniques for transforming excess produce into nutritious pantry stap
 les and healthy snacks. Topics include food dehydration\, making fruit lea
 ther\, creating vegetable and weed powders\, producing plant-based flours
 \, seed saving and eating\, and clever solutions for dealing with unexpect
 ed harvests—or those ten zucchinis gifted by a well-meaning neighbour. P
 articipants will have the opportunity to sample a variety of homemade prod
 ucts\, including dehydrated fruit leather and fruit and vegetable chips\, 
 while learning how easy it is to create these at home. The workshop also f
 eatures a live demonstration of fruit leather and vegetable chip preparati
 on\, along with a side-by-side comparison of different dehydrator models t
