\nTICKET CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND
\nWi th Flex-Tickets\, you pay a small surcharge and can cancel your ticket up to a deadline. The deadline is displayed when you buy a Flex-Ticket. The r efund is processed automatically by Eventfrog.
\nIf the eve nt is cancelled by the organizer\, you get the standard ticket price back. Flex surcharge and ticket insurance are non-refundable. The refund is eit her processed automatically\, or manually by the organizer.

If you don't want to lose your money in case of sickness\, transport issues etc – please consider purchasing the Eventfrog ticket insurance for you and your partner when y ou buy the tickets!
