DESCRIPTION:- British slacker twang quartet Brown Horse present “Wreck
 ”\, the third and final single from their upcoming album\, Total Dive\, 
 out 10 April on Loose Music. A bonfire of anthemic country-rock\, with wor
 ld-weary electric guitars and glistening pedal steel howling through the v
 erses like wind over the flatlands of East Anglia. “Wreck” is an ill-f
 ated drive among the abandoned gas stations and otherworldly byways of rur
 al Norfolk. Fresh from a pared back UK tour supporting Courtney Marie Andr
 ews\, the band will hit the road with the full rockin’ band sound for th
 eir headline set of shows in April followed by their first foray to North

 Twisters” (which The Guardian described as “a fantastic bit of country
 -rock in the vein of Neil Young or Kurt Vile\, with gorgeous\, circuitous 
 electric guitar" in their Best New Tracks) and “Sorrow Reigns” (with a
  DIY video that “reinforces the rough and rugged feel of the music and t
 he sense that Brown Horse stands outside of time” as described by Americ
 ana-UK). With their third album Total Dive\, Brown Horse showcase their st
 rongest and most grounded work to date\, with a new level of skill and ass
 urance in the band’s thoughtful lyricism and musicality. Leaning away fr
 om the playfulness and eclecticism of their previous works\, Total Dive se
 es Brown Horse step forward into the darkness with a cautious optimism. Wi
 th songs from each of the four members (Patrick Turner\, Nyle Holihan\, Em
 ma Tovell and Rowan Braham) the writing charts a world of small revelation
 s and painful changes. As they move confidently between searing noise and 
 delicate reflection\, they take time to note the beauty and agony of the m
 undane\; the death rattle of a vending machine\, headlights flashing in th
 e eyes of a road-killed fox\, the heather-pink of a winter sky. The new al
