Attende es under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the venue. - Wristbands pro vided at entry must be worn at all times during the event. - Guests withou t wristbands will not be allowed inside the venue. Re-entry is not permitt ed once you leave the venue premises. - Gender balance is prioritized at t he entrance. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals not complying with this policy. - Ticket availability is limited. Once ea rly bird or discounted tickets are sold out\, prices will increase. - For Komünite events\, the only authorized ticket sales channel is the officia l Komünite website. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any issu es arising from second-hand ticket sales. - Tickets must be purchased from officially designated sales points as announced by the event organizer. - Professional audio-visual equipment (video cameras\, DSLR cameras\, selfi e sticks\, GoPros\, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the venue. - Profe ssional recording and live streaming are not allowed. If deemed necessary by the event staff\, such equipment may be confiscated. - No vehicle acces s is permitted to the venue premises. - The venue does not have a parking area for attendees. - The venue is not accessible for wheelchair users or individuals with mobility challenges. - Outside food and beverages are not allowed. On-site F&B services will be available. - With the exception of service animals\, pets are not permitted in the concert area. - The follow ing items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: firearms\, flammable o r explosive materials (e.g. deodorants\, sprays\, perfumes)\, sharp or pie rcing tools\, or any object that could be considered dangerous (e.g. helme ts\, selfie sticks\, tripods\, chains\, laser pointers). -Security staff a t the entrance will inspect bags and belongings as part of standard securi ty checks. - The event and security teams reserve the right to deny entry to individuals carrying restricted items. - All attendees are subject to a security screening at the entrance. - Attendees must carry valid identifi cation and present it upon request by the event staff. - There is no cloak room for storing personal belongings at the venue. Attendees are responsib le for their own items. - A coat check service is available. Please avoid bringing bags larger than a handbag. Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted. - Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Caution is strong ly advised. - In the event that the scheduled event is postponed\, tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. Customers who are unab le to attend on the rescheduled date may request a refund by contacting th e organizer within the specified timeframe. - In emergencies\, the organiz er reserves the right to interrupt or postpone the event. - Ticket holders accept all event rules and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without a refund. - Smoking is strictly prohibit ed in enclosed areas. Attendees who violate this rule will be removed with out warning or refund. - A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per pers on for a single event. - We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 mi nutes prior to the event start time. - Late arrivals will be admitted only during appropriate intervals\, as determined by the production team.
