LOCATION:Several venues: Kaserne\, Tanzhaus\, CONTAINER & Tinguely museum
DESCRIPTION:<p>FOG (Festival Offener Genres) is Basel's annual festival fo

that moves between contemporary electroacoustic music\, ambient\, drone\,
 avant-garde composition\, free improvisation\, performative sound art\, an
d club culture. &nbsp\;</p>\n<p>The fourth edition opens at Kaserne with U
S ambient pioneer William Basinski\, alongside a tribute to Éliane Radigu
e performed by the Elektronisches Studio Basel. Highlights include loscil\

ed artists are Switzerland-based\, anchoring FOG firmly in the local scene

of European festival networks including RESET! and EFFE\, FOG operates as
a platform for hybrid formats and interdisciplinary exchange. &nbsp\;</p>\
