DESCRIPTION:Tokyo Acid Crew and Zerox are overjoyed to present a much antic
 ipated DJ appearance by legendary British Electronic pioneer GEZ VARLEY / 
 LFO / G-MAN\n\nAs one half of LFO Gez was (and remains) a deeply important
  piece in the historic story of UK electronic music.\n\nFormed in 1988 wit
 h his musical partner Mark Bell\, the LFO duo swiftly became one of the mo
 st respected and revered groups of the original acid house era (and beyond
 ).\n\nTheir 1990 Warp Records debut track ‘LFO’ blew minds\, tore up d
 ancefloors\, took the roof off all warehouses\, shot up the UK charts and 
 is still to this day considered one of the greatest British electronic rec
 ords of all time. Furthermore in an era of 12 inch singles their 1991 debu
 t album ‘Frequencies’ shifted the bar for “the electronic music albu
 m” to a whole new level. Alongside 808 State and The Orb they led the wa
 y for albums by “dance acts” to be taken seriously as “extended list
 ening experiences” paving a path for the likes of Orbital\, Underworld\,
  The Prodigy and Chemical Brothers.\n\nLFO were the originators of “Blee
 p” (Bleep Techno) a revolutionary mix of Detroit Techno\, Chicago House
 \, New York Electro and Reggae Soundsystem culture Sub Bass. Sparse\, cold
  but warm\, hypnotic and infinitely danceable.\n\nAlong with other Warp Re
 cords acts of the era such as Unique 3\, Nightmares On Wax\, Sweet Exorcis
 t\, Forgemasters\, LFO laid groundwork for much of the diverse landscape o
 f uniquely British genres of dance music responding to US originators in t
 he 1990s. Elements of Rave\, Jungle\, Breakbeat\, Drum & Bass\, Amyl House
 \, Big Beat\, IDM\, UK Garage\, Dubstep & Bassline House can all in some w
 ay be traced back to the heady initial rush of LFO.\n\nLFO released acclai
 med remixes for the likes of Bjork\, Radiohead\, Depeche Mode\, Laurent Ga
 rnier\, Sabres of Paradise and many more.\n\nSince 1996 Gez has released m
 usic under the moniker G-Man on labels such as !K7 as well as on his own G
  Records.\n\nGez brings his expert skills and a wealth of music knowledge 
 to the decks. ‘We can’t wait’ is an understatement.\n\n\n\nAlso on t
