DESCRIPTION:An advanced course\, designed to provide detailed analysis of 
 the principal wines of the world. In this 16 half-day conveniently spaced 
 course out over a 4 month period students will gain in-depth knowledge of 
 wine production\, global wine regions\, as well as fortified and sparkling
  wine. Students will also benefit from the in-depth tastings where they wi
 ll learn to identify product style and quality using the Systematic Approa
 ch to Tasting. Successful participants will receive the WSET Level 3 Advan
 ced Certificate.\nAll glassware\, text and workbooks provided. Examination
  is on the last day – This course will be completed in just over a 4 mon
 th period\, texts and workbooks will be provided well in advance for study
  preparation. The examination consists of a blind tasting component\, mult
 iple choice section and detailed written answers. Additional 2 to 3 hour c
 lasses are included with your tuition fees for fine tuning blind tasting t
 echniques and written exam question answer practice.\nClass Dates Are as F
