 l for a Halloween Paint & Sip party! Think painting\, drinks\, a DJ\, a fe
 w introductions to groups of people with similar interests\, everyone sing
 le\, and just the right amount of spooky season energy. Your ticket includ

  connect who didn't exchange phone numbers (please note this is dependent 
 on both sides expressing interest and there is a process in place) The pla
 n: From 6pm - arrive\, grab a drink and chat to some new people (94% of pe
 ople come alone and we float around making intros). Get yourself in the Ha
 lloween spirit before the brushes come out. 7pm - head to your canvas to m
 eet a group of people who we've used science to curate you with. Nothing i
 ntense\, just some spooky-themed painting and a drink with people with sim
 ilar interests\, age appropriate and who also happen to be single. We've u
 pdated our tech so groups are now optimised for both romantic but also pla
 tonic matches\, e.g. people of your gender who we hope could become mates.
  The whole point of these groups is to feel like you're having a drink and
  a paint session with friends\, with the added bonus of meeting new people
 \, knowing everyone is single\, and a properly haunted-looking masterpiece
  to take home. After groups - everyone speaks to everyone and the DJ kicks
  in properly. Our team are all floating if anyone wants wingmanning\, and 
 it'll basically become a proper Halloween party\, with none of the "I wond

 ts worth it? We have worked very hard to make events for single people tha
 t don't feel like a typical "dating event" which we know can feel very ove
 rwhelming. We just hire out great venues\, invest into fun entertainment\,
  and match single people together into groups on the evening so you can go
  on multiple dates in a low-pressure environment. There are always new dat
 ing apps popping up\, which all have the same culture of ghosting\, shallo
 wness\, and let's be honest we can barely keep up with our family's whatsa
 pp chat let alone a dating app. What are our dating events? Our events use
  the power of tech to connect similar single people together. When you arr
 ive to the venue you'll be greeted by our lovely reps\, and then you'll be
  introduced to your matched group. Depending on the event we will introduc
 e you to another one or two rounds of single people\, where we match you b
 y differently weighting the parameters of the algorithm. We re-invest prof
 it into fun entertainment on the evening so you have a great night regardl
 ess - and host a range of events from relaxed drinks in a beer garden\, to
  something a bit more active like arcade games\, to sporty events such as 
 tag rugby or rock climbing. How do you match single people? When you buy a
  ticket you fill out a short form with some questions about yourself mappe
 d around research we conducted to what leads to meaningful connections. We
  then run this through our algorithm which is a propietary points based ma
 tching system using python to detect similarities between each person base
 d on different parameters. We then spend hours going through each person t
 o make sure there has been no discrepancies in the data and even more hour
 s to make sure the group ages and ratios are appropriate. Afterwards we an
 alyse each table to make sure they are placed near tables we think we will
  match well\, and that are in the best place in the venue based on what we
  know about the group. How does it work with data? All data is securely ma
 naged in line with our data policy\, both this and our code of conduct can
  be found here How does it work with social media? We’re a sociable bunc
 h and always like to take short video clips for our social media. We’ll 
 always avoid faces wherever possible\, but if you’d rather stay 100% off
  camera please just come and let the team know on the night so we can make
  a conscious effort to keep you out of any frame! What's the cancellation 
 policy? There’s a huge amount of work behind the scenes before events to
  get everyone matched into great groups. If you need to transfer your tick
 et to a friend\, we do ask please that you pop us an email with their name
  7 days before an event so we can move things around. As with every other 
 events company in our space\, we are unable to facilitate refunds\, but we
  will always do our 100% best to find a solve!x What’s the age group? Th
 e average age is 33 but we tend to attract from early 20s to mid 40s and g
 roupings take age into account. Is this event wheelchair accessible? Yes\,
  we will never work with a venue that isn’t :) Is this a speed dating ev
 ent? Absolutely not. The thought of having to effectively pitch yourself\,
  every two minutes\, to a stranger\, is our worst nightmare and feels the 
 furthest thing in the world away from natural. These events are designed t
 o feel organic and literally like you're having a drink with a group of ne
 w friends\, in a great venue. You'll never see or feel any of the science 
 we do behind the scenes and we match in groups to take the pressure off a 
 one on one meet-up. Zero pressure\, literally just fun\, kind people\, who
  have similar interests and also happen to be single. 94% of people come a
 lone\, which we've found creates a really friendly atmosphere where it nev
 er feels weird to strike up a conversation (which let's be honest\, in pub
