 ged our lives and gave us everything: knowledge\, entertainment\, places o
 f expression\, and websites only visited by people who are <em>definitely<
 /em> over 18.</p>\n<p>And in return\, it took… everything. Our attention
  span? Gone. Our privacy? Wiped. Our ability to have intelligent political
  discourse? Well\, that was always optional.</p>\n<p>In <em>Digital Daddy<
 /em>\, comedian Benjamin Delahaye dives headfirst into our collective digi
 tal addiction. From the promises of the first dial-up connections to the c
 haotic mess of the social media era\, he dissects the absurdity of a world
  where technology designed to bring us together has left us more isolated 
 than ever.</p>\n<p>Is life better now? Hilarious and sharp\, this show is 
 for everyone who’s ever thought\, "<em>I should really log off… right 
 after this last video</em>."</p>\n<p>About Benjamin Delahaye\n <br>\n Born
  in France and now based in Zürich\, Benjamin Delahaye has made a name fo
 r himself in the Swiss stand-up scene. His sharp humor has been featured o
 n SRF3 Comedy Zmorge and the streaming show Stand Up! on OnePlus. He has o
 pened for comedians like Thomas Wiesel\, Alexandre Kominek\, and Joël von
  Mutzenbecher\, and was a finalist in the Olten Kabarett-Casting in 2021. 
 <em>Digital Daddy</em>\, is his second solo show.</p>\n<p>The Beast Basel 
 Comedy Club is a verein (association) that is dedicated to build up comedy
  in Basel. All our event are for members only. But it is free and easy to
