 ly present at the point the winner is randomly selected. You will not be d
 eemed eligible as an entrant and will be discounted from the competition u
 nless both of these conditions are met. 2.2. Only one entry per person is 
 permitted. Winner Selection 3.1. The winner will be selected at random dur
