DESCRIPTION:- HE ISLA STRING QUARTET gained international recognition when
  they won First Prize\, the Audience Prize\, and a Special Prize for the b
 est interpretation of a Haydn quartet at the 2nd International String Quar
 tet Competition in Bad Tölz in April 2026. They also won First Prize at t
 he Royal College of Music QuartetCompetition 2025. The Quartet are perform
 ing in venues across the UK including Conway Hall\, Kings Place and Hexham
  Abbey. Their programme will include quartets by Haydn\, Beethoven and Ame
 rican composerJessie Montgomery. The Isla String Quartet are sponsored tod
