DESCRIPTION:Pride in Strength are monthly workshops for the Queer & Trans 
 community focusing on lifting and Strongman sport. BUT this October (birth
 day special. ) we'll be doing Ancient Strength disciplines hailing from Pe
 rsian warriors\, as well as Strongman events 💪🏻 For this workshop we
 'll be doing:➡️ Persian meels ➡️ Sang shields➡️ Atlas stones
 ➡️ Yoke Workshops are for anyone wanting to start\, improve\, or disco
 ver new disciplines in strength training and experiment\, try niche and fu
 n equipment in a guided group setting. All levels are welcome. You don't n
 eed to have any experience with lifting weights to join us. Strongman spor
 t is for ALL genders and abilities. 🏳️‍⚧️🌈The workshops are 
 ran by experienced LGBTQ+ coaches. We are committed to accommodating disab
