 w to the Joint Venture Business and those currently in the business.\nThe 
 learner will gain an understanding of Joint Venture administration by revi
 ewing Petroleum Joint Venture Agreements\, the rights and responsibilities
  within them\, industry best practices\, oilfield terminology and industry
  administrative procedures.\nIncludes nine sections of material and exerci
 ses\; including\, agreement drafting and revision\, Operator vs. Non-Opera
 tor positions\; legal and contractual concerns\, effects of operating with
 out an agreement\, fee negotiations\, production facilities and schematics
 \, and\, changes in ownership and working interests\nThis Course will run 
 Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-7:00PM\n \nFrom October 27\, 2026 to Nov
 ember 26\, 2026\n \n \nThere will be exams during the courses\, therefor
 e those taking the full JV Certificate Program will require an 80% passing
  grade. If you do not pass the course\, you have one retake opportunity fo
 r a $100 fee.\nThe five courses can be taken in any order. You will receiv
 e the Administration Certificate once you have completed the Agreements Co
 urse and the Administration Course. You will receive the Analyst Certifica
