 gist with a background in atmospheric science\, she now studies and commun
 icates trends in Wisconsin’s weather\, including the state’s shifting 
 severe weather season. Latham will break down what the data shows about to
 rnadoes\, hail and damaging winds in Wisconsin — and what residents shou
 ld watch for as storm patterns continue to change.Badger Talksreflects our
