In response to the gender imbalance that continues to shape many jazz spaces\, Girls Nig ht In aims to amplify women's voices\, challenge outdated stereotypes\, an d increase the visibility of female artists. By building a strong and incl usive community\, the initiative empowers women to lead\, create\, and thr ive while contributing to a more diverse and representative future for Mel bourne's jazz scene.
