DESCRIPTION:Honey and The Bear are UK Folk and Roots multi-instrumentalist
 s Lucy and Jon Hart. Formed in 2014\, the duo have gone from strength to s
 trength\, releasing three critically acclaimed albums and gathering an ent
 husiastic following of loyal fans. Recently shortlisted for the FATEA Band
 /Duo of the Year (2023)\, their live performances are full of variation\, 
 from emotive and dramatic full-bodied ballads\, to rip-roaring tales of ad
 venture on the seas. Weaving stories into song\, with a strong focus on th
 eir Suffolk roots\, community and family\, they are able to bring a tear t
 o your eye in one moment\, and in the next\, have you up on your feet. Bor
 n and raised in Suffolk\, Lucy learned violin and drums at school\, sung i
 n the Suffolk Jubilee choir and started songwriting at 15. She taught hers
 elf guitar whilst at university in Canterbury and began performing her cre
 ations not long afterwards\, releasing her debut band album ’Step Right 
 On’ at 27. Jon\, a Yorkshire boy\, raised in Cambridgeshire\, Norfolk an
 d Suffolk\, has been performing his own songs since his teens. A self-taug
