 (DJ) - ACIDFEST started as a 3-day festival in Iceland back in 2022. It's 
 a travelling psych fest curated by psychedelic visionairies Thee Lucifer S
 ams from Liverpool\, who took this concept around the UK and occasonally t
 he world (besides Iceland\, it also had an installment in Austin\, Texas d
 uring SXSW 2023).ACIDFEST LIVERPOOL is a mini psych fest ALL-DAYER at Arte
 fact on Roscoe St\, featuring three bands\, five solo acts\, poetry and Co
 ffee and Turntables DJs\, offering you a diverse mix of farout sounds and 
 enterteinmant for the whole day.Thee Lucifer Sams are true visionaries\, r
 efusing to put their music on platforms such as Spotify or having social m
 edia. Their mix of semi-improvised psychedelic noise draws equally from th
 e abstraction of Syd Barrett-era Pink Floyd\, Lemmy's Hawkwind and Sonic Y
 outh noise - with no songs just a full-on psychedelic rollercoaster of sou
 nd.The Dead Zoo are a proudly trans led\, corn fed noisy post-punk band fr
 om London\, making their live debut in Leeds. Always putting on an energet
 ic live set\, they are always worth watching.Madonovan is the best shoegaz
 e artist you've never heard before\, and an unique concept - a tribute to 
 itself\, covering songs written\, but never released\, over 30 years ago. 
 A cathartic ode to lost youth\, dreams and rock'n'roll itself.Esa Shields 
 is a truly one-of-a-kind artist\, creating melodies and sounds the likes o
 f which never heard before or since. It's like Brian Wilson on Mars\, trip
 ping on acid.Dominoes is a brilliant\, solo artist who's equal parts Ivor 
 Cutler and Syd Barrett. Rich in melody\, ideas and whimsy\, you are sure t
 o enjoy his set.Nikhil Hathi is a super-talented guitarist\, who will amaz
 e you with teh percussive sounds of his acoustic guitar.Ivan Thunders is t
 he guitarist in Thee Lucifer Sams\, opening the live music entertainment w
 ith his moody\, acoustic ballads.Poet Cath Holland will bring pathos and d
 ark humour with her spoken word set.During daytime\, ACIDFEST will feature
  live vinyl DJs from 11am until 4pm.ACIDFEST also features a killer\, excl
