Emerging Waves is a class where you are invited to move through th e 5Rhythms with simple guidance\, exploring body parts giving space for yo ur personal expression. Music becomes the teacher alongside the trainee\, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing\, Stacc ato\, Chaos\, Lyrical and Stillness.
\nRooted in the teachings of Ga brielle Roth\, 5Rhythms® is practiced by tens of thousands of people arou nd the world. It is a movement meditation\, a creative path\, and a philos ophy grounded in the belief that when we move\, we heal. Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor – opening space for personal insight\, and em bodied presence.
\nThis practice welcomes every body\, every culture \, every age\, and every level of experience. Wherever the 5Rhythms are da nced\, a community forms – one that moves together\, sweats together\, g rows together\, and supports one another’s freedom and authenticity. Die Praxis der 5Rhythmen® bas iert auf der Lehre von Gabrielle Roth. Als Bewegungspraxis hilft Sie Dir d eine Kreativität und deine Intuition zu leben\, indem Du dich so bewegst \, wie es gerade passt und dich auf eine Entdeckungsreise zu Dir und deine r Bewegungsmustern machst. Dabei tanzen wir durch die 5 \;Energieforme n Flowing\, Staccato\, Chaos\, Lyrical und Stillness. \;
\nEgal wo Du stehst\, liegst oder zappelst\, diese Praxis heisst alle willkommen \, egal was Du denkst\, wie dein Körper aussieht und woher Du kommst. Wen n Du dich darauf einlässt\, wird es Dir helfen. Denn dein Körper weiss m ehr\, als nur dein Kopf. Die Gemeinschaft mit Dir und anderen bewegt dich in eine ehrliche\, liebevolle Freiheit.
