If you purchase a 2 or 3 day spot you will be able to leave your tent set up overnight.\nWe now offer:\nBee r Gardens (3-Day) spot – $500 – for those located inside the beer ga rdens\, with access to sell during all three days\, including Friday eveni ng.\n\nFriday\, September 11 from 6:00 - 10:00 PM\nSaturday\, September 12 from 12:00 - 10:00 PM\nSunday\, September 13 from 12:00 - 7:00 PM\n\n2-Da y spot – $225 – for artists and vendors joining us for the full dayti me hours on both Saturday and Sunday.\n\nSaturday\, September 12 from 12:0 0 - 7:00 PM\, AND\nSunday\, September 13 from 12:00 - 6:00 PM\n\n1-Day sp ot – for those planning to participate for only one day (Saturday OR Sun day).\n\nSaturday\, September 12 - $110 - from 12:00 - 7:00 PM\, OR\nSunda y\, September 13 - $90 - from 12:00 - 6:00 PM\n\nOutdoor Gallery Experienc e - $250 - perfect for artists who can’t be with us in person or for tho se looking to expand their reach. This option allows your work to be displ ayed throughout the festival site as part of our curated outdoor exhibit a nd throughout other exhibits throughout the following year\, offering extr a exposure to thousands of attendees.\n \nWhat is an artist spot?\nEach a rtist spot is 10’ x 10’ and will be marked with spray paint on the gro und. Artists can fill their spot however they choose. We recommend bringin g items such as tent\, display tables and infrastructure that can be secur ed safety to the park grounds.\nTips and tricks:\n\n\nWe do not have an AT M on-site\, contactless payments (card/mobile) are highly encouraged. Each artist/vendor will be allowed to determine their preferred method of paym ent.\n\n\nBring items such as string\, tape\, scissors\, binder clips\, cl amps or weights in order to secure display items and structures. It is the artist’s responsibility to secure the items in their spot. Please prepa re for wind!\n\n\nBring additional tables\, easels\, panels\, dividers\, c rates\, chairs\, etc. as needed to display items — as long as it all fit s within the 10’ x 10’ space.\n\nArtists must not leave valuable items in their spot overnight.  There is security there each night\, but we ar e not responsible for any valuable\, not least because we cannot protect f rom the weather.\nArtists are responsible for securing their tent ready fo r inclement weather.\n\nNote: All display infrastructure items are the re sponsibility of the artist/vendor and there is no option to rent tables\, chairs\, or tents.
