  OF THE AMUSEMENT PHASE schicken drei elektrisierende Tänzerinnen das Pub
 likum auf eine Achterbahnfahrt der Gefühle\, Fakten\, Bilder und Paraden\
 , so intensiv\, dass einem schwindelig wird. Sie marschieren\, sie tanzen\
 , sie zerschmettern einen Geburtstagskuchen. Und vor allem: Sie geben sich
  nicht geschlagen. Mit Referenzen zu Künstler*innen von Bob Fosse über T
 risha Brown bis hin zu Beyoncé entsteht ein Bewegungsvokabular zwischen A
 utomatismus und Exzess\, getragen von einer klanglich dichten\, fast über
 steuernden Soundlandschaft: hochfrequente Gitarrenriffs und treibende Perc
 ussion\, die den Herzschlag aus dem Takt bringen. Zwischen persönlicher u
 nd kollektiver Geschichte stellt das Stück den tanzenden Körper in den M
 ittelpunkt.\n\nDas Stück wurde für den Sadler’s Wells Bloom Prize 2027
  nominiert. Es ist Teil der Aerowaves-Auswahl 2026 und der Moving Balkans-
 Auswahl 2026.\n\nChara Kotsali arbeitet als Tanzschaffende\, Performerin u
 nd Pädagogin in Griechenland. Sie absolvierte die Rallou Manou Profession
 al School of Dance. Sie studierte Theaterwissenschaft und hat einen Master
 -Abschluss in Sozial- und Kulturanthropologie. Zudem absolvierte sie eine 
 professionelle Schlagzeugausbildung an der Modern Music School. Sie erfors
 cht Choreografie und Performance mit einem erweiterten Ansatz\, indem sie 
 Methoden aus Anthropologie\, dokumentarischer Kunst\, Musik und performati
 ven Künsten einbezieht. Einen Fokus bilden dabei Fragen nach Politiken vo
 n Klang und Bewegung. Ihre Arbeiten wurden für die Auswahl der Plattform 
 Aerowaves der Jahrgänge Twenty24 und Twenty26 nominiert.\n\nDauer: ca. 40

 tory has not. The only thing that is for certain: The fun is over! In IT
 ’S THE END OF THE AMUSEMENT PHASE\, three electrifying dancers send thei
 r audience on a rollercoaster ride of emotions\, facts\, images\, and para
 des\; so intense\, it is dizzying. They march\, they dance\, they smash a 
 birthday cake. And most of all: They refuse to surrender. With references 
 to artists ranging from Bob Fosse and Trisha Brown to Beyoncé\, a new mov
 ement vocabulary emerges\, between automatism and excess\, carried by a de
 nse sonic\, almost distorted soundscape: High-frequency guitar riffs and d
 riving percussion unhinge the heart’s rhythm. Between personal and colle
 ctive history\, the piece puts the dancing body front-and-centre.\n\nThe p
 iece received a nomination for the Sadler’s Wells Bloom Prize 2027. It i
