SUMMARY:Ned Baulderstone and the Gliding Through Band Album launch

DESCRIPTION:In April 2025 Ned Baulderstone released his debut album “Gli
 ding Through” into the world. At the time of recording\, June 2024\, mos
 t of the songs had not yet been performed live or played by the other musi
 cians. The parts were taught in the room and a raw and exciting collection
  of recordings were captured by Tom Spall at Milestone Records in wintery 
 Summertown. In the months that followed the albums release\, Ned and vario
 us incarnations of his band toured the album around South Australia and Vi
 ctoria\, tightening the musicianship of the band and adapting the arrangem
 ents for a live audience. In November 2025\, Ned and the latest iteration 
 of his band were given the opportunity to record a live set in front of a 
 small audience at the award winning Wizard Tone Studios. The instruments w
 ere played acoustically with only a few microphones strategically placed\,
  the audience sat on the floor in front of the band and what followed was 
 a kind of magic. This September those recordings will be released as “Li
 ve at Wizard Tone Studios” and performed in full at the Wheatsheaf Hotel
 . The album includes all of Gliding Through played live plus two unrelease
 d songs. The Gliding Through Band is Ned Baulderstone with Jack Ray Wilsmo
 re on Guitars\, Tom Spall on Violin\, Tim Windsor on the Pedal Steel\, Aik
