DESCRIPTION:Event Guidelines - Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make change
 s to the event venue\, programme and schedule. - This event is suitable fo
 r participants aged ..... and over. - All guests\, regardless of age\, mus
 t hold a valid ticket to enter the venue. - Doors open at 20:00 and the ev
 ent starts at 20:30. - Once the event has started\, admission to and re-en
 try into the auditorium may only be permitted at suitable intervals\, in a
 ccordance with the rules determined by the organiser and venue management.
  In order to avoid disrupting the experience of other guests\, attendees a
 re kindly requested not to leave the auditorium during the performance exc
 ept in cases of necessity. Tickets & Admission - Each ticket is valid only
  for the date\, time and seat specified on the ticket. - Zorlu PSM reserve
 s the right to verify the identity of ticket holders upon entry. Only a va
 lid ID card\, driver's licence or passport will be accepted. Screenshots o
 r digital images of identification documents will not be accepted. - For s
 ecurity reasons\, bag checks and security screening may be carried out at 
 the entrance. Guests who refuse to comply with security procedures may be 
 denied entry. - Discounted tickets purchased under the Garanti BBVA Genç 
 category are subject to availability and are valid only upon presentation 
 of a valid student ID. - Zorlu PSM reserves the right to amend its discoun
 ted ticket policies. - Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse admission to
  the venue and refund the ticket price where deemed necessary. Venue Rules
  - Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue\, as food
  and beverages are available for purchase within Zorlu PSM. - Unless other
 wise specified by the organiser\, photography\, audio recording and video 
 recording during the event are strictly prohibited. Professional cameras\,
  photographic equipment\, and professional audio or video recording equipm
 ent are not permitted inside the venue. - Guests are kindly requested not 
 to use mobile phones during the event in order to avoid disrupting the exp
 erience of other attendees. - Sharp objects\, flammable or explosive mater
 ials\, and any other items that may pose a security risk are prohibited. -
  Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Anyone f
 ound in breach of this rule may be removed from the venue without a ticket
  refund where deemed necessary. - Cloakroom service is available. Zorlu PS
 M accepts no responsibility for personal belongings that are not deposited
  in the cloakroom. - Zorlu PSM accepts no responsibility for lost\, stolen
  or forgotten personal belongings. Found items will be handled in accordan
 ce with Zorlu PSM's Lost Property Procedure. - Suitcases and large backpac
 ks are not permitted inside the auditorium and must be left at the cloakro
 om. - Zorlu PSM reserves the right to remove\, without refund\, any person
  who violates the event rules\, disrupts the experience of other guests or
  compromises the safety and security of the event. Health & Safety - Some 
 events may include intense lighting\, lasers\, strobe lighting or visual e
 ffects that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy. - In the ev
 ent of an emergency\, all guests must follow the instructions of security 
 personnel and event staff. Photography & Recording - Photographs\, video a
 nd audio recordings may be taken by Zorlu PSM and/or the organiser during 
 the event. - By attending the event\, guests acknowledge and agree that ph
 otographs\, video and audio recordings in which they may appear may be use
 d by Zorlu PSM and/or the organiser for promotional\, advertising\, market
 ing and corporate communication purposes. Food & Beverage - Guests wishing
  to dine at Cheers Restaurant before the event are advised to make a reser
 vation by calling +90 212 912 37 76\, subject to availability. - Focamia\,
  Ppang\, Rancero\, The Grungy at Bites & Beats\, as well as Taş Bar withi
 n Zorlu PSM\, welcome guests without prior reservation. Transportation - Z
 orlu PSM is directly accessible via Gayrettepe Metro Station on the M2 Yen
 ikapı--Hacıosman Metro Line. Guests are encouraged to use public transpo
 rtation whenever possible. - Guests arriving by private vehicle are advise
 d to arrive at least one hour before the event to allow sufficient time fo
 r parking and valet services due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center b
