 ams and services for children\, youth\, and families.\n\n**Cecil Anchor Po
 int (CAP) is a community-based nonprofit serving children\, youth\, and fa
 milies throughout Cecil County. CAP brings together CASA of Cecil County\,
  Cecil County Mentors\, Cecil Visitation Center\, and its Housing Initiati
 ve under one organization.**\n\nKeys to the Future is CAP’s capital camp
 aign to create interim housing and independent-living support for youth ag
 ing out of foster care. The campaign will provide a safe\, stable place wh
 ere young people can develop the skills\, confidence\, and independence ne
