 ng to express?</p>\n<p>Sound Temple is an invitation to explore the inner 
 landscapes of sensation through sound\, breath and voice.</p>\n<p>We often
  experience the voice through words\, yet before words are formed\, there 
 is already so much happening within us: sensation\, emotion\, vibration\, 
 impulse\, movement.</p>\n<p>Through <strong>inner listening</strong>\, we 
 create space to notice what is present and allow the voice to emerge from 
 sensation\, rather than from thought.</p>\n<p>In this edition\, we journey
  through the qualities of the four elements: <strong>Earth\, Water\, Fire 
 and Air</strong>.</p>\n<p>🌍 <strong>Earth · Drum</strong>\n <br>\n Gro
 unding into the body\, rhythm and presence.</p>\n<p>💧 <strong>Water · 
 Gong</strong>\n <br>\n Moving with fluidity\, sensation and emotion.</p>\n
 <p>🔥 <strong>Fire · Harmonium</strong>\n <br>\n Awakening energy and e
 xpression through voice and mantra.</p>\n<p>🌬️ <strong>Air · Crystal
  Bowls</strong>\n <br>\n Opening into breath\, spaciousness and subtle sou
 nd.</p>\n<p>We move between listening and expression\, stillness and movem
 ent\, individual voice and collective sound. There is no particular sound 
 to achieve. The invitation is to listen\, feel\, and let expression arise 
 from what is actually there.</p>\n<p>We close by lying down and receiving 
 a sound journey with gong\, bowls and voice\, allowing the experience to s
 ettle into stillness.</p>\n<p>No singing experience is needed. Only curios
 ity and a willingness to listen\, explore\, express and be.</p>\n<p><stron
