 gether.</p>\n<p>Together with our professional chefs\, you will prepare tr
 aditional specialties using fresh\, locally sourced ingredients. Along the
  way\, you will learn culinary techniques and discover the stories behind 
 Swiss food culture.</p>\n<p>On the menu: crispy Rösti\, Nidwalden-style s
 liced veal with apples and walnuts\, and the classic dessert “Gebrannte 
 Crème”. A vegetarian menu is available.</p>\n<p>After cooking\, enjoy y
