 lection of their own unicorn and ultra-rare bottles\, giving guests the ch
 ance to see some truly exceptional pieces of Irish whiskey history up clos
 e. Anthony and the crew will talk us through the stories behind these rema
 rkable bottles — where they came from\, why certain releases have become
  so sought after\, what collectors look for and how the market for old and
  rare Irish whiskey has developed over the years. Expect everything from l
 ong-forgotten distilleries and historic bottlings to legendary releases th
 at have become the stuff of Irish whiskey folklore. But this isn’t just
