 ritual practice (reiki\, \, may be translated as 'spiritual ki'). With Usu
 i's help\, one of his master students Chujiro Hayashi extracted the healin
 g practices from the larger body of practices. 🕉️ Reiki gives your bo
 dy a break from the stresses of daily life\, potentially helping relieve t
 ension and return you to a state of relaxation. Once in this state\, your 
 body may be better able to heal any damage brought on by stress\, injury\,
  or disease. “By helping a person experience deep relaxation\, Reiki enh
 ance and accelerate our own natural healing process\, because the body can
  stop being stressed and focus on healing itself. Master Jake @wingsofbudd
 ha\, Starting his reiki journey in 2015 Jake is also training in shiatsu m
 assage\, Cupping therapy\, Physical trainer\, Trained Councillor\, Indian

 oach. Our Reiki training is for everybody who wants to heal themselves oth
