 rumentalists Douglas Leal (vocals\, guitar\, electronics\, samplers\, perc
 ussive\, artwork\, etc) and Marian Sarine (drums\, percussive\, electronic
 s\, bass) consistently blends the raw spirit of noise and punk with comple
 x global rhythms and electronic experimentation\, creating a vibrant and p
 rovocative body of work that challenges musical and aesthetic conventions.
 \n\nThe duo come to The Globe in Glossop in support of their vital and com
 bustive new album\, CICATRIZES DO FUTURO (SCARS OF THE FUTURE). This nine-
 track sonic assault forges a path beyond the conventions and boundaries of
  static musical genres. Here\, electronic fury and feverish organic percus
 sion collide with a relentless Latin American punk spirit. CICATRIZES DO F
 UTURO is the band's first non-collaborative full length since 2019's Metap
 rogramação\, is out via Neurot Recordings.\n\n-\nSince their debut\, Hol
 y Scum has made waves at major festivals like Le Guess Who? and Roadburn\,
  cementing their place in the music scene.\n\nOriginally hailing from Manc
 hester\, Holy Scum's lineup for this show features guitarist Peter J Taylo
 r (formerly of Action Beat)\, GNOD co-founder Chris Haslam on bass\, Jon P
 erry (also of GNOD and Shuck) on drums\, and guitarist\, Al Wilson (GNOD\,
  Ghold\, Shuck)\, Together\, they create a thunderous cacophony of synapse
