DESCRIPTION:Digital Dissent is an interactive showcase of innovative microg
 ames from some of Canberra’s best game designers. Funded by artsACT\, it
  explores the Craft + Design Festival’s theme of ‘dissent’ over two 
 weekends at the National Film and Sound Archive in Acton. \n\nCome and pla
 y\, and experience a collection of new games by local designers\, custom-m
 ade for visitors to interactively explore various takes and perspectives o
 n dissent. You’ll even be able to meet the developers and discuss their 
 works with them.\n\nEach microgame in Digital Dissent has been commissione
 d by the Canberra Game Developers Association (CanDev)\, co-curated with t
 he support of the National Film and Sound Archive’s curators\, and craft
 ed in consultation with some of Canberra’s most experienced games indust
 ry mentors. \n\nContinue exploring with our Digital Dissent in Discussion 
 talks series on our opening day\, where local developers will dissect and 
 reflect on the works presented and the evolution of Canberra’s game desi
 gn scene. You’ll hear from a range of speakers on how Canberra’s indus
