 r self rescue?\n \nAbout Miles\n\nMiles has been an avid ski tourer/ski m
 ountaineer since the 90’s. He’s currently enjoying introducing his 10 
 year old son to ski touring. Miles is one of the founders and president of
  TEAAM Aeromedical\, a non-profit wilderness air ambulance program based i
 n BC. He also runs a first aid program called SARMed. He has been involved
  in search and rescue activities internationally since 1991 including year
 s with Squamish SAR and North Shore Rescue. He worked for BC Ambulance Ser
 vice for 21 years as an advanced life support paramedic\, and was a pro pa
 troller with Blackcomb Ski Patrol for 18 years. He speaks internationally 
 on hypothermia management\, sits on the Thompson Rivers University Adventu
 re Studies Board and is a past board member of the Canadian Association of
  Wilderness Medicine.\n \nMountain Weather Station Fundraiser\nAll profit
