 ay evenings for our free films series. This week we are showing Charles Br
 yant and Alla Nazimova’s silent masterpiece\, Salomé (1923)—an adapta
 tion of Oscar Wilde’s infamous 1891 play. Conceived\, produced\, and sta
 rring the legendary bisexual icon Alla Nazimova\, the film is one of Ameri
 can cinema’s earliest art films and a touchstone of queer film history. 
 Come & enjoy by candlelight the hypnotic\, otherworldly atmosphere of this
  film\, inspired by Aubrey Beardsley’s Art Nouveau illustrations. We wil
 l be screening it in the garden. We have heaters\, blankets and drinks spe
 cials… Happy hour from 4pm-7pm. Please note\, as this is a free screenin
 g\, seats will be allocated on a first come\, first served basis. We will 
 do out best to fit as many people as possible\, and you're welcome to stan
 d to watch the film if all the seats fill up\, but do come down early if y
