 undidee des damaligen Jazzredakteurs des Südwestfunks\, Joachim Ernst Ber
 endt\, war\, improvisierenden Musiker:innen Zeit und Raum für kreative Au
 stauschmöglichkeiten zu eröffnen. Während einer einwöchigen Arbeitspha
 se in einem Rundfunkstudio erproben die eingeladenen Ensembles ein Program
 m\, das sie im Anschluss öffentlich präsentieren. U.a. Albert Mangelsdor
 ff\, Don Cherry\, Irène Schweizer\, Norma Winstone\, Anthony Braxton\, Dj
 ango Bates\, Joachim Kühn\, Sylvie Courvoisier\, Rabih Abou-Khalil\, Stev
 e Lacy\, George Lewis\, Ikue Mori\, Ingrid Laubrock oder Melissa Aldana wa
 ren in den vergangenen sechs Jahrzehnten bei der traditionsreichen Worksho
 p-Reihe zu Gast. Zum 60-jährigen Jubiläum wird nun die in Berlin lebende
 \, argentinische Saxofonistin und Videokünstlerin Camila Nebbia ein neues
  Projekt verwirklichen: „only the stones along the path told me the trut
