DESCRIPTION:Itertainment + Substation present:\n\nAusteria - Maryland-based
  producer and DJ\, AUSTERIA has spent the better part of a decade building
  a corner of bass music that's entirely her own\, pulling her listeners in
 to something dark\, layered\, and hard to shake. Growing up\, dance music 
 gave her an outlet for release\, and that same spirit defines the project 
 today. Her sets move fluidly between weight and melody\, aggression and be
 auty\, offering audiences the same escape she once found. Her sound draws 
 on a wide range of influences\, from the atmosphere and intensity of Sleep
  Token and Bad Omens to the heavier\, darker corners of bass music carved 
 out by REZZ\, Excision\, Peekaboo\, and PhaseOne.\n\nSince launching the p
 roject in 2018\, AUSTERIA has built a devoted following through her origin
 al output and a rapidly growing live footprint. She has performed at iconi
 c venues like Red Rocks\, The Shrine\, Brooklyn Mirage\, The Eastern\, Win
 trust Arena\, and Mission Ballroom\, and festivals including Electric Fore
 st\, Elements\, Lost Lands\, Dancefestopia\, and Bass Canyon. She has also
  supported national acts in the bass realm like GRIZ\, Subtronics\, Zingar
 a\, and Zeds Dead.\n\nAt the core of AUSTERIA's work is the concept of the
  shadow self\, the repressed and unconscious parts of a person that hold r
 eal\, untapped power. Drawing on underworld imagery\, the project explores
  what it means to embrace every side of yourself and find strength in doin
 g so. That idea has run through the music from the start\, from her first 
 EP in 2023 ‘Metamorphosis’ to 2024's ‘Cataclysm’ to her latest EP 
 in 2025 ‘Into the Unknown\,’ each one built around the same core messa
 ge\, "finding harmony in the balance\, dark and light.”\n\nIn October 20
 26\, AUSTERIA takes the story further with her debut album\, ‘Fields of 
 Asphodel\,’ a full descent into the underworld she's been building since
  day one\, paired with her first-ever headline tour.\n\nwith support TBA\n
