 D STAMPED\, you may reserve a seat in the ballroom (for example by leaving
  your coat on it) and then eat elsewhere. If you wish to eat\, please ensu
 re that you arrive in plenty of time to order and eat your food.* Please d
 o not save seats for other people unless they will be arriving before the 
 start of the live music at 8pm. If there is a particular problem please le
 t us know\, otherwise we reserve the right to give these seats to people w

 here is a low step at the entrance to The Ivy House\, and after that the v
 enue is all on level ground. There is a disabled toilet in the ballroom wh
 ere the concert will be held.* If you are in a wheelchair\, please let us 
 know IN ADVANCE and we can reserve a space for you.* THIS EVENT IS PART SE
 ATED\, PART STANDING.* If you or a member of your party must have a seat d
 ue to disability\, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE GIVING THE REASON WHY A S
 EAT IS NEEDED. Sorry\, but we cannot undertake to reserve seats for anybod
 y other than the person with a disability.* Please do not bring in seats o
 r stools from other parts of the venue\, as these are needed for other cus
 tomers of the pub. We also need to keep enough space at the back of the ro
 om for people who are standing.* Please be aware that whilst our events ar
 e held in The Ivy House's beautiful Grade 2 listed ballroom\, this is a pu
 b\, so there may be some background noise from adjoining bars\, although w
 e and the pub management have done our best to minimise this. However as t
 his is a listed building there are restrictions on what kinds of soundproo
 fing can be done. We hope you understand.* You are welcome to take photos
 \, but please do not do this in a way which will disturb other members of 
 the audience. For example\, please do not use flash or hold your phone abo
 ve your head. Unfortunately anybody who persists in doing this after being
  asked not to may be asked to leave.* Please do not take videos unless thi
