 bring out the exuberance and joy in the traditional ballad\, drawing from 
 Nic Jones’ versions of tune\, and his ‘The Drowned Lovers’.\n\nIssue
 d digitally and on 7” vinyl along with B-side ‘Go From My Window’\, 
 it’s marks the band’s first release since November 2025 live album ‘
 A Loaf of Wax’\, which increased the band’s growing list of press/radi
 o backers to include The Quietus\, MOJO\, The Guardian\, CRACK\, BBC Radio
  2’s Folk Show\, KLOF\, Tradfolk\, Shindig!\, Far Out\, and more.\n\nSpe
 aking more about ‘Clyde Water’ Sonny Brazil (they/them) from the band 
 says: “Clyde Water was one of the first traditional folk ballads I liste
 ned to on repeat. Nic Jones' two distinctive versions of the song are both
  two of my favourite recordings of all time. It's not a particularly relat
 able story (apart from the part where willie dies trying to save his hat I
  would've done the same) but it's a pure example of how a ballad with no c
