 a two-hour Gay Tantra Workshop designed to help you slow down\, tune in\, 
 and experience pleasure with more awareness\, intention\, and connection.D
 uring this guided experience\, we’ll explore practices inspired by Sexua
 l Kung Fu\, somatic awareness\, sacred sexuality\, and nervous system regu
 lation. You’ll be invited to awaken the body from head to toe\, notice h
 ow pleasure moves through you\, and discover new ways of working with arou
 sal\, energy\, retention\, and release.Rather than rushing toward a destin
 ation\, the focus is on becoming more aware of every sensation along the w
 ay.You are always in control of your own experience. You can explore your 
 edges at your own pace\, and whether you choose retention or release is co
 mpletely up to you. Participants may also incorporate their own toys or en
