SUMMARY:Marlon Craft
LOCATION:Adelaide Hall
DESCRIPTION:<p><strong><u>Marlon Craft Meet n Greet Includes:</u></strong>
<u><br></u>- Early access to venue<br>- Meet and take photo with Marlon<br
 >- Signed poster<br>- Commemorative tour pass<br><br><strong><em>Marlon Cr
 aft</em></strong><em> is a hip-hop artist from Hell&rsquo\;s Kitchen\, New
York City. Craft&rsquo\;s career began with a strong presence in the unde
rground scene through various viral freestyles and mixtapes before emergin
g with his debut album\, Funhouse Mirror\, in 2019. The son of a jazz musi
cian and the product of Manhattan Plaza\, a legendary Section 8 housing co
mplex in NY where artists are given government assisted housing\, Craft&rs
quo\;s work is known for his fresh live instrumentation\, top-tier lyricis
m\, vulnerability\, and sociopolitical commentary. In 2020\, after releasi
ng his debut album through Same Plate Entertainment\, Craft went back comp
letely independent and started The Center\, a subscription-based exclusive
community for his core fans to directly fund his work. In the following y
ears\, Craft would become an independent behemoth by releasing various pro
jects and mixtapes\, culminating in the 2023 album &ldquo\;While We&rsquo\
;re Here&rdquo\; which amassed over 100 million streams independently.<br>
<br>Marlon took the next few years to finish his opus\, &ldquo\;The Intern
et Killed The Neighborhood&rdquo\;\, which released on April 2nd 2026. In
an era that pressures and prioritizes microwave work\, Marlon dedicated hi
mself to cultivating this album between 2020-2026 - he began work on it wh
ile releasing other projects\, and took the last two years to focus on it
entirely. The album is a distillation of all of Marlon&rsquo\;s musical in
 fluences over the years\, an intersection of hip-hop\, soul\, jazz\, funk\
, etc. with much live instrumentation (horns\, strings\, and more). It exp
lores themes of what the internet and technology have done to the communit
y\, and Marlon&rsquo\;s own growth into true adulthood as a millennial man
negotiating those contexts. In February of this year\, Marlon was feature
 d as a part of On The Radar&rsquo\;s &ldquo\;New Class&rdquo\; Cypher to m
uch virality and acclaim.&nbsp\;<br><br>Between 2025 and 2026 Marlon also
formed a band of some of the top musicians in NY and held a residency at N
ublu in NYC&rsquo\;s East Village. To date they have done 10 shows in 14 m
onths\, sold over 2000 tickets\, had guests from Method Man to Julius Rodr
iguez to Reuben Vincent\, and fostered a continually growing community of
musicians\, vocalists\, and fans alike. Marlon continues to build communit
ies online and in person as &ldquo\;The Internet Killed The Neighborhood&r
dquo\; receives acclaim and continues to grow in the consciousness of the
culture.<br></em><strong><br>Have an MRG Credit/Gift Card? Redeem for tick
