Paint it Calm - A Watercolour Affirmation Card Workshop
Step into a peaceful, judgment free space to relax, create and practice self—kindness. Guided by Lee, a qualified Creative Arts Therapist, you’ll use gentle watercolour techniques to create six uplifting affirmation cards. Begin with grounding meditation or chair yoga then explore colour, words and emotions through playful, intuitive painting.
No art experience needed, all materials provided – just bring yourself and wear comfy clothes.
