Privacy
360exp is in public beta. You can explore events without creating an account. If you log in, WorkOS manages authentication and 360exp retains only the data needed for your profile, saved events, and preferences.
Location
Browser location is requested only when you choose “Near me.” It is stored for up to 24 hours in an anonymous Redis session associated with an opaque cookie and is not included in URLs, your profile, or the primary database. You can delete it with “Remove location.”
External providers
Events may include data, images, and links from ticketing providers. When you open the original site, that provider’s policies apply.
Spotify
If you connect Spotify we store your top artists and the artists you follow, plus an encrypted access token. We only ever read; we never post, and we never share this data. Disconnecting Spotify deletes the tokens, the stored artists and every follow created from them, and deleting your account removes all of it as well.
For subscriptions, we share your email and customer and subscription identifiers with Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo handles payment details, invoices and refunds under its privacy policy. 360exp does not store your card details.
