サマーキャンプ2026 BBQ＆アウトドアイベント開催！ 自然いっぱいの秋川で、BBQを楽しみながら新しい仲間と交流しませんか？✨ 美味しいBBQを囲みながら、食べて、話して、遊んで、最高の1日を一緒に過ごしましょう！ 友達同士はもちろん、おひとりでの参加も大歓迎です！ 🍉 楽しいアクティビティも予定しています！ ・スイカ割り ・食材ビンゴ など、みんなで盛り上がれる企画をご用意しています🎉 秋川の自然の中で、夏の思い出を一緒につくりましょう🌈 【イベント概要】 📅 日時 2026年9月12日（土）10:00〜15:00 (09:30 受付開始 / 16:00完全撤収) 📍 場所 秋川橋河川公園バーベキューランド 〒190-0152 東京都あきる野市留原813 https://maps.app.goo.gl/wVtbhJtQqu4PQ2BR6 ※JR武蔵五日市駅から徒歩約5分 👥 定員 100名 ※定員に達し次第、受付終了となります。 💰 参加費 (事前購入となります) ・早割① 8/5〜9/11：2,000円 ・当日：2,500円 *コンビニ・ATM支払いの場合、手数料が発生する場合がございます。 ✨ 参加費に含まれるもの ✅ デイキャンプ場利用料 ✅ BBQ設備・備品レンタル代 ✅ ドリンク・スナック類 (数に限りがあります) ※BBQ食材（お肉・野菜・調味料など）は各自でご持参ください。 🎒 持ち物 ・BBQ用の食材＋飲み物 ・サンダル（川遊びをする場合） ・水着・着替え等（任意） 🛠 オークハウスで準備するもの BBQ台、炭、着火剤、紙皿、箸、紙コップ、トング、軍手、タープなど、BBQに必要な設備をご用意します！ みんなで楽しめるようなアクティビティも予定しています！ ⚠️ 注意事項 ・食材は含まれませんので、事前にご準備ください。 ・会場周辺にスーパーはありません。必要なものは事前購入をおすすめします。 ・参加には事前に【Peatix】からのチケット購入が必須です。 ・雨天決行予定 (開催可否は、9月11日（金）18::00までにお知らせいたします。中止の場合は、参加費は返金いたします。 台風など安全が確保できない場合のみ中止・返金対応） ・購入後のキャンセルはできません。チケット譲渡を希望される場合は運営までご連絡ください。 ・会場までの往復やイベント中の事故・ケガについては、参加者ご自身の責任となります。 ・お車でお越しの場合は、周辺駐車場を各自でご手配ください。 🌈 自然の中で、BBQと交流を楽しむ特別な1日！ ぜひ一緒に素敵な思い出を作りましょう😊 Summer Camp 2026 BBQ & Outdoor Event! Join us for a fun-filled BBQ experience surrounded by nature in Akikawa! ✨ Enjoy delicious food, great conversations, outdoor activities, and make new friends in a beautiful riverside setting. Whether you come with friends or join by yourself, everyone is welcome! 🌈 We are also planning fun activities for everyone to enjoy, including a traditional Japanese Suikawari (watermelon splitting game) and a BBQ ingredient bingo game! 【Event Details】 📅 Date & Time Saturday, September 12th, 2026 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Registration starts at 9:30 AM / Complete venue cleanup by 4:00 PM) 📍 Location Akikawa Bridge Riverside BBQ Land 813 Tomihara, Akiruno City, Tokyo 190-0152 https://maps.app.goo.gl/wVtbhJtQqu4PQ2BR6 ※About a 5-minute walk from JR Musashi-Itsukaichi Station 👥 Capacity 100 participants ※Registration will close once capacity is reached. 💰 Participation Fee (Please purchase in advance.) Early Bird ① Aug 5th – Sep 11th : ¥2,000 (Application period extended!) Sep 12th : ¥2,500 * Additional processing fees may apply for payments made at convenience stores or via ATM. ✨ Included in the fee ✅ Day camp facility usage ✅ BBQ equipment rental ✅ Drinks & snacks (limited quantity available) 🍉 We are planning fun activities such as a traditional Japanese watermelon splitting game (Suikawari) and a BBQ ingredient bingo game! ※BBQ ingredients (meat, vegetables, seasonings, etc.) are not included. Please bring your own. 🎒 What to Bring ・BBQ ingredients and drinks ・Sandals (if you plan to enter the river) ・Swimsuit, towlel (optional) 🛠 Provided by Oakhouse We will prepare BBQ equipment including: BBQ grills, charcoal, fire starters, paper plates, chopsticks, paper cups, tongs, work gloves, tents/tarps, and other necessary BBQ supplies. We are also planning fun activities that everyone can enjoy together! ⚠️ Important Notes ・BBQ ingredients are not included, so please prepare your own in advance. ・There are no supermarkets near the venue. Please purchase any necessary items beforehand. ・Participation requires purchasing a ticket in advance through 【Peatix】. ・The event will be held rain or shine. Any changes regarding the event will be announced by 6:00 PM on Friday, September 11th. If the event is canceled due to severe weather or other conditions that make it unsafe to proceed (such as a typhoon), all participation fees will be fully refunded. ・Tickets are non-refundable after purchase. Ticket transfers to friends are allowed. Please contact the event organizers if you wish to transfer your ticket. ・Participants are responsible for their own safety during travel, at the venue, and throughout the event. ・If you come by car, please arrange your own parking near the venue. 🌈 Spend an unforgettable day surrounded by nature, BBQ, and new connections!
