6 Houses: Embody

It is one thing to know yourself. It is another to live as yourself.

• What becomes possible when who you are on the inside is reflected in

how you live?

• What changes when you trust your body as deeply as your mind?
• What might unfold when you allow yourself to embody the love, wisdom,

and essence that already exists within you?

At 6 Houses – Living Well, we believe Self Mastery is not a destination; it is a journey.

Embodiment is one part of that journey. It is the invitation to move beyond understanding and into lived experience; bringing what we know into the way we live, move, feel, relate, and express ourselves in the world.

Join us for three immersive days in the natural setting of ‘The Gathering Place’, North Arm as we explore 6 Houses: EMBODY.

Together we will explore three powerful pathways of embodiment:
Wholeness — cultivating a deeper relationship with the body as a source of wisdom, awareness, expression, and self-trust.
Spirit and Soul — exploring your personal connection to something greater and the unique framework through which you experience meaning, purpose, and inner knowing.
Love — understanding how love is expressed, received, withheld, and embodied in relationship with yourself and the world around you.

Through movement, reflection, conversation, experiential processes, ceremony and play, you will be invited to move beyond understanding and into lived experience.

Held within a supportive circle of women, this workshop creates space to deepen your relationship with yourself, explore your sense of ‘I am..’, and the ways you choose to show up in the world. Because awareness alone does not create lasting change; embodiment does.

When what you know, what you feel, and how you live begin to align, something powerful happens. You come home to yourself in a whole new way.

The journey is not about becoming someone new. It is about embodying more of who you already are
