We know there's a stigma around men doing Pilates, but if you're into health, fitness and exercise, why not try a different kind of cardio and strength training with us? 📅 Saturday 17 October ⏰ 11:30am 📍 STRONG Pilates Birmingham, 63–65 Cornwall St, Birmingham B3 2EE What to know before you come Wear comfortable gym clothing nothing to loose fitting . Bring grip socks if you have them. The session will be instructor led, so no Pilates experience is needed. Protein shakes are included.
