On the occasion of the second edition of "Drawing From Where We Are – An Exhibition of Recent Graduates from Belgian Art Schools", we invite you for a collective life drawing session inspired by the informal and popular Drink & Draw formats found in Brussels’ cultural spaces.   Artist Mar* Szydłowska will lead a series of slow, durational movements for participants to observe and draw, creating an open space to experiment with gesture, movement and observation.   No previous drawing experience is needed, just come to look, draw and share the moment with others.   >>> Please bring your own drawing materials <<<     Practical information: Drawing session – Saturday 24.10 · 2–3:30 pm (FR/EN/NL)  Room Insu @LaVallée – Rue Adolphe Lavallée 39, 1080 Brussels Free admission · booking required (max. 50 participants)     Getting there: Metro: lines 1, 2, 5, 6 – Ribaucourt / Comte de Flandre Tram: 51 / Bus: 20, 89 Train: Brussels-North / Brussels-West stations     ______________   "Drawing From Where We Are – An Exhibition of Recent Graduates from Belgian Art Schools" is a biennial group exhibition dedicated to emerging Belgian artistic practices and contemporary forms of drawing. It brings together nineteen recently graduated artists from twelve art schools, selected from across Belgium. Conceived in resonance with the Art on Paper art fair (2–4 October 2026), DFWWA highlights artists whose practices deliberately cross disciplinary boundaries.
